About the Team

We are looking for our Value Advisory Lead at Miro. The Global Value Advisory program is a value center of excellence focused on helping Mironeers up-level internal and external value-based conversations that drive success, leading to increased revenue, increased consultative selling adoption, and industry leadership. 
 

About the Role

In this role, you will lead our value advisory team globally and act as a player/coach covering our top accounts personally. The Value Advisory Lead mentors Value Advisors while partnering with sales and customer success to deliver revenue results and value realization, actively involved and sponsoring the top deals and accounts of the region. Additionally, they collaborate closely with the rest of the  SE Org leadership to drive effective practices and ensure the success of GTM. This role requires a strategic visionary with a passion for leadership, a deep understanding of value-based selling, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience and an interest in handling complex accounts, building a value program, and technical/domain knowledge. You will accelerate new logo and expansion sales cycles and be a Miro thought leader. You will be an essential link between the Go-To-Market and the Product/Engineering parts of the company. You will be a key partner to the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams in shaping how our customers realize our product's value and understand Miro's ROI in their organization. 

This role reports to the Global Head of Solutions Engineering.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for building and executing the value advisory practice's vision and mission, driving impactful initiatives aligned with company objectives, and mentoring a high-performing team of Value Advisors.
  • Build, coach, and manage the global Value Advisory team
  • Partner with the Sales and Customer Success Leaders and other functions to accelerate sales cycles, grow deals, and align on strategy to maximize value realization for our customers.
  • Personally work with our largest customers (highest revenue) to establish executive relationships.
  • Participate in formulating key strategic decisions as a part of the Solutions Engineering leadership team.
  • Contribute to critical Company-level OKRs and initiatives.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within value advisory, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on mentorship, professional development, and team culture.
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling, customer success, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate company objectives into actionable initiatives and programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and optimize processes, methodologies, and team performance.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
