The Workplace Strategy team creates Miro’s approach when it comes to our physical offices. When creating offices we intensively look at our user data and previous learnings to create inspiring and user driven workplace for our amazing colleagues. We have a very open and respectful team environment.

We are seeking a Junior Workplace analyst to support all our current workplace projects and programs and give us some fresh perspectives on our current approach.

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs, and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.”

About the Role

Within the Workplace Strategy team we always thrive to do the next best thing! We make sure our offices across the globe are co-create with our users to make sure they are set up for success. The steps we take to engage with our users are always  transparent, open and honest. To keep up with our ambition, our users, and scalability, we need support on  a variety of programs. The role is Yerevan based and you are going to work closely with our WP Strategy team on a daily basis. Are you the one that is going to make sure that we  keep delivering best in class “user engaged” offices across the globe?

What you’ll do

  • Contribute with various workplace projects (WP), interacting with internal user groups (ambassadors) and participating actively in team efforts.
  • Help maintain workstyle data, ensuring our databases are current and reflect accurate user feedback and interactions.
  • Help co-develop and maintain a user feedback platform. Engage with employees through interviews, workshops, and feedback cycles, aiming to improve user satisfaction and workplace efficiency.
  • Generate content for future projects, maintaining and updating project and location-specific pages on our internal hub.
  • Propose innovative ways to co-create and interact with our internal users, encouraging experimental approaches to workplace solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact for user perspectives, organize and standardize communication processes, and help streamline team operations to be scalable.
  • Further develop and structure feedback cycles as needed, database management, and lessons learned, ensuring processes are well-documented and accessible.
  • Create recaps of user interactions and project outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our workplace environment.

What you’ll need

  • Process-oriented, structured, has the ability to handle multiple tasks, and demonstrates an openness to learning and innovation.
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to step out of your comfort zone.
  • Open minded and has an eye for detail.
  • Not hesitant to ask difficult questions and should possess a keen interest in understanding and resolving complex workplace issues.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to engage constructively with a diverse workforce are essential.
  • Someone who has experience working in a dynamic (tech-centric) environment, preferably with a start-up mindset. 
  • Besides Workplace experience, a background, understanding or natural interest in one or more of the following would be preferable: organizational psychology, PR, change management & communications, social media marketing or analytics.
