About the Role

We’re looking for somebody that’s passionate about marketing communications. You should be steeped in the history of advertising. Your knowledge of Ehrenberg-Bass is far deeper than a once-over of “How Brands Grow”. You’ll be just as fluent in the thinking from Dave Trott, Peter Field, Paul Feldwick, and Adam Morgan — and the very best work from The IPA.

You’ve made a lot of stuff — yes, that includes TV ads, but also TikTok, podcasts, events, direct-response, performance marketing campaigns, web pages, and mobile app campaigns. And you’ve made your fair share of quality work. Both B2C and B2B. Work you’re proud of, that’s made an impact.

You’ll work hand-in-glove with our wider marketing crew. You’ll diagnose and convert their marketing goals and initiatives into marketing communication briefs — and then be a driving force to turn those briefs into brilliant commercial work and campaigns.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for planning, creating and delivering marketing communications for Miro’s marketing goals and initiatives
  • Represent the Brand team in wider business and marketing plans and planning
  • Be very hands-on, working as a team, making brilliant creative and campaigns all sorts- advertising, design, videos, social media, direct marketing, events
  • Upskill those around you, pushing for better work that has a commercial impact
  • Be a key person in making miro’s brand team among the best in the world.

What you’ll need

  • 10 years experience in creative agencies or client-side working with creative teams
  • Evidence that you have converted business goals into marketing communications briefs
  • Evidence that you’ve extremely, knowledgeable, skilled and experienced in the end-to-end process of developing and delivering creative of all kinds
  • Excellent clarity of thinking 
  • Evidence of a proactive, hands-on approach to getting things done
