About the Team

Lifecycle Marketing is part of the overarching Growth Marketing function and partners and collaborates closely with multiple functions across the organization: Brand, Product and Revenue Marketing, Core and Growth Product, Analytics, and Customer Experience.
Lifecycle Marketing is influential in defining and driving the user communication strategy and is impacting the business, using a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and customer insight to craft and implement programs that result in measurable adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help build and scale the best-in-class Lifecycle programs in the PLG B2B SaaS and impact Miro business growth by improving user activation, product adoption, engagement, and retention through nurturing, targeted, and triggered communications and marketing campaigns. 
We are looking for someone to join our Growth Marketing team who can research and use data to understand user lifecycle stages and build strong communication strategies to provide a smooth and personalized experience for Miro users that drives business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a dynamic team of Lifecycle Marketing Managers within a fast paced, high-growth organization
  • Build a sustainable, scalable, repeatable engine of growth levers through marketing and  transactional communications that will help drive business growth across the user and customer lifecycle
  • Operationalize and scale how we develop, run, and analyze our lifecycle experiments and evergreen campaigns, with the proven incremental impact on business
  • Work closely with the Growth Product, PMM, Analytics, and GTM teams to develop and execute strategies and campaigns that drive activation, adoption and retention
  • Contribute and drive Miro’s culture of experimentation, collaboration, shared learning, and impact on business

What you’ll need

  • 6+ years of experience in business consultancy / marketing and 2-3 years of managing a team of 3 or more people
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and funnels, particularly PLG motion, growth loops, product-led sales, with proven ability to drive efficient business growth through those strategies
  • Understanding of marketing and communication channels like email, in-app messaging, content strategies, and omni-channel campaigns is a huge advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills and user-centricity - able to dig into how our product and business work through metrics and complex data, testing, and user insights, and turn them into actionable strategies
  • Strong experience with both marketing and transactional communications across the whole user journey, deep understanding of Lifecycle best practices is a plus
  • Growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership - you can lead through ambiguity, dig into the details to solve, deliver towards your team’s commitments and make appropriate trade-offs
  • Collaborative approach to work and ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Emotionally intelligent leader with strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence, proven experience of leading high performing teams
