About the Team
The Strategic Programs & Operations team is responsible for driving complex cross-functional projects and implementation of programs, systems and processes to optimise the way our business runs.
About the Role
We’re looking for seasoned technologists and product leaders to help Miro engage senior executives on their most complex challenges. In this role, you’ll elevate conversations with C-level stakeholders, build trusted peer-to-peer relationships, and translate big ideas into tangible business outcomes. By bringing your real-world leadership experience, you’ll position Miro as a strategic partner, shaping how organisations think about the future of product development while driving meaningful business impact.
You’ll act as both advisor and operator — guiding customers through high-stakes decisions, co-creating solutions that address critical business priorities, and ensuring those solutions translate into measurable value. This role is highly visible, requiring you to balance executive presence with hands-on execution, while contributing to thought leadership that amplifies Miro’s reputation in the market. Ultimately, your success will be measured by the quality of senior relationships you build, the influence you have on strategic accounts, and the impact you create for both customers and Miro.
What you’ll do
- Elevate conversations with executives (CPOs, CPTOs, CIOs, CDOs, Heads of AI) from IT tool discussions to strategic business impact
- Build credibility and trust with customers through peer-to-peer, non-sales advisory grounded in your own leadership experience
- Translate the “art of the possible” into concrete, high-value use cases that connect Miro’s new platform to technical business needs
- Act as a trusted guide to help customers adopt and expand high-impact AI-driven product practices
- Develop and refine scalable playbooks, narratives, and engagement models that resonate with senior product and technology leaders
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to share unfiltered customer feedback that shapes roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Produce thought leadership (e.g., blog posts, webinars, whitepapers) to strengthen Miro’s position as a visionary product and partner
- Influence pipeline growth and accelerate strategic opportunities, directly contributing to ambitious outcomes.
What you’ll need
- Executive experience as a former CPO, Head of Product, or VP Product at complex, scaled product companies with a track record of driving impact at enterprise scale
- First-hand track record of leading product strategy and delivering measurable business impact at enterprise scale.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, data strategy, AI/ML ecosystems, and cloud infrastructure, with proven ability to embed emerging technologies into complex organisations
- Visionary storytelling skills: able to articulate a clear product or technical vision, connect it to customer and business value and inspire organisational change
- Consultative problem-solving mindset: skilled at diagnosing product, customer and technical roadblocks, and advising on enterprise GTM, product-market fit, and adoption at scale
- Influential communication skills: able to navigate complex stakeholder maps and build trust with both technical and commercial C-level executives
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a bias for action: able to translate a bold product and technological vision into achievable initiatives that deliver measurable results
- Experience as a public-facing thought leader, with the ability to codify and share product knowledge in an advisory capacity
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a history of cultivating long-term, high-impact partnerships
- Hands-on, self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in dynamic, high-growth SaaS environments.
What's in it for you
- Competitive equity package
- Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office
- Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
- Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
- Opportunity to work for a globally diverse team
