Senior GTM Operations Manager, Multi-Product
Sales Operations, Austin, US
About the Team
About the Role
Miro is evolving into a multi-product platform, and we’re looking for a strategic and cross-functional Senior Manager of GTM Operations to support and scale our go-to-market motion across the entire customer journey—from acquisition to expansion and retention.
This role will be a critical operator in ensuring new products are successfully launched and integrated into Miro’s broader GTM ecosystem. You’ll lead the operational strategy behind new product introductions and develop scalable product-specific operations that support teams across GTM once products reach steady state.
Your success will be measured by how effectively you help Miro deliver a seamless customer experience across our growing product portfolio—and how well you help internal teams navigate the complexities of a multi-product business.
What you’ll do
New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, GTM Strategy, and Analytics to ensure operational readiness for all new product launches
- Define and implement GTM requirements, including funnel instrumentation, processes and workflows, target setting, and systems readiness
- Develop success metrics and dashboards to track early performance and engagement across customer segments
- Architect and maintain GTM processes that support a growing set of products across the entire customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with GTM Strategy and GTM Ops to design integrated workflows for multi-product reporting and analytics
- Enable frontline teams with product-specific processes, playbooks, and data to drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion
- Own the ongoing GTM operational model for products post-launch, including data pipelines, reporting, performance reviews, and process optimization
- Establish feedback loops between customer-facing teams and product teams to drive improvements in adoption, retention, and expansion
- Partner with GTM Ops and Finance to refine forecasting and pipeline management by product line
- Continuously monitor the health of multi-product motions, identifying gaps or friction points and proposing solutions to improve efficiency and experience.
What you’ll need
- 6–8+ years of experience in GTM Operations, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or related functions in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of full-funnel operations—from demand generation through customer success—in a multi-product context
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives for product launches and post-launch lifecycle management
- Strong technical acumen with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
- Highly analytical mindset with a bias for action and continuous process improvement.
What's in it for you
- 401k matching + Competitive equity package
- Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision health benefits
- Fertility & Family Forming Benefits
- Flexible time off
- Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office
- Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
- Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
- Up to $2,000 of charitable donation matches each year
