About the Team

Our Sales Development team is on the front lines of helping some of the world’s largest organisations unlock the full value of Miro. Working closely with our Account Managers (AMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), we focus on growing revenue within existing accounts by identifying new business lines, engaging untapped users, and fuelling the expansion pipeline. We operate in a collaborative, high-energy environment where your work will directly influence the success of our sales organisation.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This role is not just about cold calls—it’s about driving real business impact.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing meetings and generating pipeline across both new logo acquisition and expansion, especially in Enterprise and Strategic accounts. Your mission will be to expand Miro’s footprint by identifying and engaging with new lines of business, positioning relevant use cases, and increasing adoption and revenue in partnership with our Hybrid AMs and CSMs. Your efforts will have a direct impact on our renewal and upsell success by increasing engagement and unlocking additional value within key accounts.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate closely with Hybrid AMs and CSMs to develop territory strategies and identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts
  • Proactively engage new users and lines of business (Manager level and above) to showcase new use cases and drive adoption
  • Generate at least 15+ meetings per quarter with previously undiscovered Manager+ personas in target accounts
  • Source $554,000+ in incremental pipeline per quarter across expansion and new logo efforts
  • Re-engage dormant or lightly engaged teams to boost overall account value and readiness for renewal/upsell
  • Use a variety of outreach methods (email, phone, LinkedIn, video, etc.) to engage prospects and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support territory planning and forecasting

What you’ll need

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles—preferably in SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong research and strategic thinking skills; able to uncover opportunities across complex organizations
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • A curious, growth-oriented attitude with a willingness to experiment and learn
  • A goal-driven, results-oriented work ethic—you’re excited to fuel Miro’s growth through your own contributions
  • Fluency in English & Dutch is required, any other language is a plus!

What's in it for you

  • Competitive equity package
  • Medical insurance coverage
  • Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office
  • Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
  • Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
  • Travel allowance for your commute
  • Opportunity to work for a globally diverse team
  • Inspiring workplace in the heart of Amsterdam
