About the Team
At Miro, we’re scaling how teams bring ideas to life—and that starts with how we go to market. As the Go-To-Market Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for enabling our global GTM teams to effectively execute new product, solution, and sales motions. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Strategy & Programs, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate our biggest bets into world-class field execution.
About the Role
This role is critical in preparing the field to bring our most strategic ideas to market—ensuring they have the right knowledge, messaging, tools, and confidence to engage customers with impact and deliver growth.
What you’ll do
- Architect the strategy and orchestrate the motion for enablement on product releases, messaging, and new sales plays, from initial scoping to reporting post-launch results- driving clarity across Product management, Product marketing, Pre-sales, Post-sales, and GTM ops
- Design and deliver technical GTM Enablement to the Solution Engineering team, including demo best practices and technical discovery that leads to the Solution Win
- Champion a value-selling mindset, ensuring every customer-facing team understands what, why, and how to sell customer value
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely, coordinated enablement across regions and roles
- Collaborate with GTM and field leaders to reinforce key messages and skills post-enablement
- Track adoption and impact of enablement programs and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance data
- Use AI to multiply your impact and to increase field productivity and adoption of GTM enablement efforts
What you’ll need
- 7+ years in sales enablement, working on several solution and product launches — ideally in a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment
- 2+ years technical enablement
- Proven experience driving cross-functional programs that improve field effectiveness
- Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling principles
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills—you can go from idea to action with clarity
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to align multiple stakeholders
- Passionate about enabling others and driving adoption of new ways of selling
