The Strategic Programs & Operations team is responsible for driving complex cross-functional projects and implementation of programs, systems and processes to optimize the way our business runs.

About the Role

We are searching for a dynamic individual to spearhead our Internal AI Transformation. Your primary objective will be to guide our company through a comprehensive shift towards becoming an AI-first organization. 

You will formulate and implement a cohesive strategy that seamlessly incorporates AI solutions into our operational framework. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in determining how we harness the power of AI at Miro, streamline processes, and drive an AI-first mindset. We are looking for someone with a resilient and experimental mindset to lead initiatives involving cross-functional teams, who will together ideate, prioritize and propose to our business leaders how, when, and where we introduce and adopt AI solutions.

Your hands-on approach drives tangible progress. Providing practical leadership and fostering connections, you'll steer the transformation into an efficient, AI-first company. Embracing an experimental mindset, each strategic initiative translates into practical, impactful changes within the organization.

You are a 0 to 1 thinker, able to partner with people of all levels in the organization to identify opportunities, create first prototypes of solutions and then bring them to reality.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and ensuring a seamless integration into our operations.
  • Drive and oversee agile process optimization initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient, data-driven solutions to enhance overall organizational productivity.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, breaking down silos, and championing a unified, AI-first vision to accelerate the adoption and impact of AI solutions.
  • Embrace an experimental mindset, leading by example in launching fast, iterating, failing fast, and learning, while maintaining a focus on achieving tangible results.
  • Utilize strong influencing skills to gain support for AI initiatives, building relationships across departments, and ensuring a company-wide commitment to the AI-first approach.
  • Effectively communicate complex concepts and plans in a clear, concise manner, ensuring all stakeholders understand the strategic direction and the value AI brings to the organization.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience driving large digital transformations, preferably on AI in a corporate setting, showcasing a track record of tangible results.
  • Strong proficiency in driving agile process optimization, identifying efficiency gains, and executing data-driven solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, breaking down silos, and instilling a shared vision for an AI-first organization.
  • Hands-on experience with an experimental mindset, willing to launch fast, prioritize wisely, iterate, and learn from failures while maintaining a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships, and ensuring company-wide commitment to the AI-first approach.
  • Clear and concise communication skills to articulate complex concepts, ensuring understanding and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong background in change management, with the ability to navigate and lead. organizational transformations, particularly in the context of AI adoption and integration.
  • Knowledge of leveraging low-code / no-code platforms to optimize workflows is a plus.
