Setup Instructions

• Configure integration in Reveal Hold/Onna — Login to Onna and Authorize Connection to Miro and then Login to Reveal Hold and navigate to Admin Center > Locations. Create a Location of Preservation Type "Miro".
• Create or select a legal hold matter — In Reveal Hold, create a new matter or open an existing one.
• Add Miro boards to the hold — Search for and select specific Miro boards to place on legal hold. Preservation is applied in place.
• Verify preservation status — Confirm that selected boards are on hold and protected from deletion or modification.
• Monitor and manage holds — Use Reveal Hold to update, release, or audit holds as matters evolve.
