Miro joins ServiceNow Technology Partner Network
Miro and ServiceNow partner to build and certify apps and integrations.
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., July, 26, 2021 - Miro, the leading online collaborative whiteboard platform for distributed teams, today announced they have joined the ServiceNow Technology Partner Program. This program enables Miro and ServiceNow to together build and certify apps and integrations for the Now Platform, providing our joint customers the power of ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM workflow automation.
Recently, ServiceNow launched a Miro Spoke integration directly into the ServiceNow Asset Management (SAM) solution, helping customers better understand the adoption and engagement of Miro across business units. Together, we’re enabling IT to optimize license allocation and budgeting as Miro grows within an organization. This new Spoke, built by ServiceNow, leverages improvements made to the Miro Platform. From collaboration platforms to project management and communication tools, SaaS technology has become a crucial component for helping teams continue working in ways that are the most comfortable for them. Now, the key is for leaders to effectively manage all of these tools to ensure seamless and secure operations.
With a 230% growth of weekly active users between spring and summer last year, Miro became essential for connecting teams during the pandemic. And as more companies adopted Miro at the enterprise level, the importance of being able to easily manage the workflow in Miro arose more and more. To make sure managing Miro is as easy as possible for account admins, we will continue to invest in developing joint capabilities with ServiceNow.
“We’re excited to partner with ServiceNow to expand the ways our customers can manage Miro at scale,” said Steven Miller, Head of Enterprise Partnerships at Miro. "This integration, alongside Miro’s enterprise-grade security, controls, and compliance capabilities will empower our customers to use Miro with ease across their organization.”
