• Ticket picker: Allows users to discover tickets, filter them by assignee, project, or status, and import them into a Miro board.
• Edit tickets: Allows users to edit tickets imported into Miro right from a board.
• Create new tickets: Allows users to create new tickets in a supported 3rd-party system from a Miro board.
• Realtime updates: When ticket details have been changed on the 3rd-party system, the changes are immediately reflected on a Miro board, where the ticket is imported.
• Secure: Every user will be prompted to authenticate with their 3rd-party account to interact with the integration, according to their permissions.
