IASA - Architecture Engagement Designer

Report

Canvas Overview: The architect engagement canvas is used by the architecture practice to understand and plan its engagement model. It is used to define artifacts, tasks and tools which would support or deliver better architecture outcomes. This tool is extremely useful in describing what artifacts and processes need to be in place for an architecture team. Use it to design the architect lifecycle and how engagement can impact a set of stakeholders.
