Here at Use Cases stream, we focus on building and improving our user experience in different scenarios. One of the most important cases for today is Online Meetings & Workshops. The team’s goal is to improve the product experience for facilitators and organizers of online meetings so that they can prepare their online events as quickly and conveniently as possible, conduct them efficiently, and get the best results.

About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who will help us achieve our ambitious goal — building best in class meetings & workshops experience. We expect you to have 5+ years of experience building distributed systems in Java (our language of choice for backend development) or any other object-oriented language.
You will be involved in the design and development of features in the Use Cases domain. We are experimenting with facilitators' and participants' onboarding, implementing and upgrading tools & features for events preparation and holding, and getting analytics and results of those events.
Our product is high-loaded and that load is quickly growing. Today we have 750k+ DAU & 5m+ MAU. So, you should be ready to implement high-performance & scalable solutions. Also, we’re a hyper-growth company, that works in a fast-changing & growing market. Every day we’re working with a high level of uncertainty and fast-changing requirements & next steps. You should be ready to grow with all of us, be very flexible, and at the same time have great critical & system thinking to find the best fit for short\long-term balance.
Our stream domain is horizontal in the company, based on different functions & features of the product, related to other teams & streams. Right now we’re working on encapsulation of our features & components, improving them along the way from the product & engineering sides. And we expect you to be passionate about teamwork, have great communication skills, and intermediate+ level of English.
It would be great if you have experience with frontend development and awesome if you are a fullstack! Also, it would be very nice if you have participated in the development of some collaborative SaaS on your previous job and have some experience with video\audio conferencing.
