Personal Development: Flight to Success

Report

Focusing on your career and personal development is super important. Use this template to visualize the top 4 career goals and what items you might want to check off to complete each goal.

How to use this template?

  • Prioritize your top 4 career goals and list them down in the first column. For each goal, list down the tasks you might want to do to complete it.

  • Focus on one goal at a time as your priority. Once you've completed the tasks, strike it through. Once you've completed the goal, strike out the goal.

  • Sometimes, you might need to wait for certain tasks to finish because of external dependencies. If you come across that situation where a task doesn't require your active participation anymore, you can place a plane beside it indicating that this goal is now on auto-pilot. While a goal is on auto-pilot, you may proceed to the next goal in the meantime. Tip: You can add a label to a task to indicate how long it might for this task to complete.

  • For ideas or goals that didn't make it to the top 4, park them below for future iterations. Once you've completed all 4 goals prioritized, you can repeat this process again and select your next top 4 goals to work on.
