BEANs are behavior enablers, artifacts and nudges. BEANs are ways to hack habits, fight institutionalised inertia, encourage innovative ways of working and overcome blockers inhibiting success.

BEANs is a concept created by Scott Anthony and something we at the Datacom Foundry were inspired by after reading his book "Eat Sleep Innovate"

Based on this we have developed a workshop exercise you can use as part of your strategic sessions to unearth and develop your own BEANs.
