Huware is a young consulting agency specialized in innovation and change management. We help companies through the entire process of digital transformation.

We are born in Milan but being far from nature is not in our blood. This is why we invested in a farmhouse in the hills of central Italy. A new home for working together, team building activities and brainstorming with clients! We believe in working together as a team both online and offline.

We strongly believe in the Give Back philosophy. Through our 1% project, we take part in external non-profit projects that aim to help society. From helping young teenagers that come from difficult realities and families in need, to carrying out projects that help increase the digitalization level in Italy we try our best to help make everyone's life better.
