What you’ll do
- Build products: As part of the engineering team, you'll work closely with the design and PM teams to plan, architect, and implement our core offerings. We’ll iterate as a team on the product experience to get it just right while also ensuring we maintain the codebase so we can move fast
- Build our technical foundation: Our work today can make our future work better and faster. Since our product tackles a complex problem, we’ll need to build a flexible foundation that can adapt to various product needs
- Grow the team: Everyone on the team plays an essential role in attracting, closing, and growing other talented team members. The team is the most significant factor in our ability to build unique products, so we look to you to help set the example for the kind of team we all want to build together
What you’ll need
- A track record of building high-quality products fast - We always seek the right balance between moving fast and building for the long haul. We're seeking someone who has thrived at tackling complex product challenges in fast-paced environments
- Frontend development: Javascript/Typescript with any modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc). Experience with React is a strong plus
- Backend development: expertise in any modern backend stack (Java, NodeJs, Python, Go, etc)
- Experience building a cloud infrastructure is a strong plus
- Experience with various storage types - SQL and no-SQL databases and communication technologies - REST, WebSockets, gRPC
- Experience with AI, LLM and Machine learning is a strong plus
- An ownership mindset - we position our team to understand customer problems and give them the autonomy to find the best path forward

An interactive presentation to see your skills in action, based around a particular case study or business problem.

05. Leadership Round
