About the team

Miro’s Product Marketing team is responsible for crafting Miro’s story. We create compelling, insight-led positioning, develop and deliver measurable/impactful go-to-market strategies, and champion customers throughout the product development process. The team partners closely with many functions at Miro, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, Success, Support, Growth, and Brand.

Successful Marketers at Miro think like general managers of their area: flexible but constantly seeking mastery, with strong customer empathy, creative problem-solving ability, research, synthesis, and analytical skills. They need to shift from thinking about a high-level strategy to tactical marketing execution and possess a bias towards personal accountability and action. Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.

About the role

We are excited to hire a Content Marketing Manager - Customer References to join Miro's Product Marketing team. This role will work cross-functionally with our Sales, Customer Success, Comms, and Brand teams to build compelling customer stories that communicate the value of Miro to large organizations. The work you do will directly support our sales team and impact important business metrics, including enterprise buyer awareness and consideration, upsell effectiveness, and programmatic expansion.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the end-to-end creation of customer story assets for integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement needs – from interviews to asset production and promotion
  • Partner with the Brand team to craft storylines that contribute to powerful, evocative, and beautiful customer videos
  • Identify, assess, and track customer content opportunities – prioritizing them in alignment with impact and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with sales enablement team on internal education initiatives surrounding our customer reference process, best practices, and guidelines
  • Maintain and update comprehensive reference database (inventory) with quotes, stories, and proof points

What you'll need

  • 5+ years on a content marketing or customer reference team
  • Proven experience working with creative teams and/or external creative agencies to product high-quality content
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Marketers, Sales, Customer Success, Comms, etc. and at executive levels
  • Strong content creation & editing skills, with the ability to craft a compelling story
  • Naturally collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, user-centered approach
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Airtable & Salesforce skills a plus
