About the team

The Company Enablement team is a cross-functional pod that researches, builds, and tests human-centered products. This team is part of Miro’s Learning and Organizational Development function, a group of leads, designers, facilitators, and program managers who build People products that enable an exceptional employee experience. From new hire orientation to in-hub gatherings to bringing our diversity and inclusion mission to life, the team understands that success lies in truly understanding and designing for our users–Mironeers. 

Our People team is a highly collaborative, global team that drives the culture, performance, and development that makes our mission possible. Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent who wants to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.

As a leading expert in this space, you’ll help advance our mission by designing and scaling programming that heightens awareness, belonging, and collaboration within and between our growing number of global hubs. 

You’ll also consult across key business and People initiatives to ensure that we’re approaching belonging, fairness, and equity from a holistic, systems perspective. We believe that employee experience touch points represent critical opportunities to bring diversity and inclusion to life. From our hiring approach to how we craft our performance review program, you’ll help shape Miro culture and belonging across the full employee journey. 

You’ll be a member of our Company Enablement pod, reporting directly to the Head of Learning and Organizational Development and a member of Miro’s People leadership team.

What you’ll do

  • Define the vision and strategy for Miro’s global approach to diversity and inclusion in partnership with the leadership team and cross-functional experts — then transform that vision into a plan with metrics and key milestones
  • Partner with the Company Enablement Pod to learn from Mironeers and design programs and interventions that accelerate and broaden senses of belonging and engagement
  • Define D&I  insights from the company engagement surveys to inform priorities and define strategic areas for cultural reinforcement or change
  • Design and deploy programs that advance Mironeers’ cultural intelligence and ability to collaborate across identities, cultures, and backgrounds
  • Provide expertise and consultation to teams and stakeholders e.g., the leadership team, employee resource groups, and People teams designing new programming

What you’ll need

  • 7+ years experience designing and delivering People programming and expertise in diversity, inclusion, and belonging theory and application 
  • A high degree of cultural intelligence and the ability to seamlessly partner and influence across geographies, identities, and functions
  • The ability to craft vision and strategy with an operational track record of exceptional execution and program management 
  • Experience using Human-Centered Design and/or agile work methods
  • Advanced systems thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity to creatively implement diversity and inclusion practices within the Mironeer employee journey
  • Advanced facilitation skills in online and face-to-face environments
  • The ability to lead and influence across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
