About the team

As a key member of the Business Technology team, you will work closely with the internal Revenue Operations and Financial teams to deeply understand and improve our Quote to Cash Systems and Processes.. This person will join a team with an appetite for constant improvement that is driven by highly motivated and collaborative individuals.

About the role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support our rapidly scaling Business Technology team. An ideal candidate will be a seasoned systems professional who can support a variety of cross functional projects and deliver initiatives within Salesforce, CPQ, and ancillary systems.

This Mironeer will be responsible for partnering with these Sales and Success teams at Miro and have an integral role on the build-out of data pipelines and execution within the EMEA region.

Representing the Business technology team, you will participate and lead conversations with cross functional stakeholders and drive decisions on Quote to Cash Systems. Scoping and delivery of region-specific firm demographics data, country-specific commercials and pivotal initiatives within the EMEA region are some example projects as we look to scale the EMEA region.

As the first analyst on the team in EMEA, you will partner with our product data management team, representing your customers, to deliver streamlined information and calculations consistent with expectations.

What you’ll do

  • Help Miro build a GTM Engine to support a $500m business
  • Work with Revenue Ops, Deal Desk and Finance to provide end-to-end efficiency improvements for the organization
  • Responsible for requirements gathering and technical delivery of core GTM processes
  • Develop and improve product data pipelines in Salesforce for GTM teams, support of Marketing Operations Lead funnel initiatives and support of ancillary BizTech team members on various Salesforce projects

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years experience within GTM Systems, specifically Salesforce
  • 2+ years experience implementing technical solutions cross functionally
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce Sales, Marketing or Experience Cloud
  • Ability to turn functional process improvements into scalable technical solutions
  • GTM technical expertise at an enterprise-level SaaS organization
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish in a fast paced environment
  • Highly collaborative, team oriented, empathetic, and comfortable leading requirements gathering and delivering technical solutions on cross-functional projects
  • Outstanding presentation and partnership skills, ability to balance multiple projects and work with key business partners
