About the team

The Performance Marketing team plays a meaningful role in Miro's rapidly scaling growth, contributing tangible results to our international expansion.

The Paid Search team is part of the overarching Growth Marketing function and partners very closely with other teams within this organization, such as SEO, Paid Social, and lifecycle marketing. Additionally, the team collaborates closely with other functions such as Analytics, Product, Strategic Finance and other Marketing teams.

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent who want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in-office culture as our baseline.

About the role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the acquisition team's strategy and operations focused on paid search. You will be responsible for aligning your budget, strategies and your team initiatives with the broader organization roadmap and goals, and prioritize them accordingly.

This role reports directly to our Paid Search Team Manager and you will have the opportunity to work closely with world-class individuals across other acquisition channels.

What you’ll do

  • Scale and optimize our performance marketing campaigns on search and contribute to the channel strategy
  • Support the team scale the channels spend from 1M to 2M till end of FY23 while meeting our desired payback period  
  • Form hypothesis, design and execute tests, collect data and apply learnings to maximize the ROI of your campaigns
  • Monitor and adjust budgets to achieve objectives 
  • Produce reports for management, providing insights and actionable recommendations

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns for web performance (not app) on a large scale of + $300,000 a month, optimizing to ROI
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, online customer acquisition, and conversion optimization
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and run experiments and to analyze large sets of data and numbers
  • Highly proficient in using Excel and Google Ads
  • A strong team player with the ability to work and initiate independently
  • A business-driven marketer, leading the marketing efforts with a strong understanding of the needs and the product
