Enterprise Product Manager (Identity Management & Authentication)

About the Role

Security is of the utmost importance for our Enterprise customers and authentication is the first line of defense against security breaches and unauthorized access of confidential content. As the product manager for identity management & authentication, you will own features such as:

  • Single-sign on
  • Password-based authentication
  • Multi-factor authentication
  • Customizable authentication policies
  • Partnering with identity providers

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, GTM (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing), Analytics, and Operations teams to deepen and evangelize your knowledge of Miro customer needs and showcase your ability to deliver solutions to make Miro an undisputed leader in visual collaboration.

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.

The Enterprise Security team is one of the three pillars that make up the overall Enterprise product stream. Together, we work to enable teams and organizations of all sizes to use the power of collaboration to innovate continuously.

What you’ll do

  • Own and deliver on the experience and roadmap for Miro’s enterprise authentication strategy
  • Engage customers, prospects, partners and internal teams to determine market viability, business requirements, technical considerations and strategic goals
  • Partner with other product managers and technical leads across Miro to align strategies, roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and releases to mitigate risks and issues
  • Deliver product requirement documents, such as business opportunities, customer needs, user flows, and technical diagrams to support the development teams
  • Support GTM teams with documentation and internal/external release communications

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS B2B/B2C2B companies operating in Enterprise segments with a global presence
  • Understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, key decision making personas and processes
  • Ability to lead projects with some technical, business and experience complexities, from concept to delivery
  • Specific experience with and understanding of IAM protocols: SCIM/SAML/OAuth/OpenID/UMA
  • Proficiency with offerings in the “Identity as a Service” space from players like Okta, Auth0, Google Firebase Authentication and PingID
  • Outstanding communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity that’s paired with knowledge of how to gather and synthesize consumer needs
