App Review Manager


About the role

The Miro Marketplace is the primary means through which Miro users discover and install Miro apps and integrations that are relevant and useful to them. As the App Review Manager, you will define, implement, and coordinate the processes by which these apps and integrations are reviewed, published, and supported.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Security, Design, and other Miro teams to ensure that apps and integrations are of high quality - they are secure and scalable, meet our privacy and usability requirements, and are marketed with a clear and compelling Marketplace listing.

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs, and we look for talent that wants to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office as our baseline (when national regulations allow).

About the team

The mission of the Platform stream is to extend the power of visual collaboration to everyone, everywhere. To do so we are developing deep integrations into the leading online collaboration solutions, and the frameworks, tools and services needed to support the development of apps and integrations by partners and customers.

The Miro Platform can be used to build apps and integrations that connect Miro to other services, to share and synchronise content, to extend the Miro whiteboard experience, or to add the power of Miro to other products. Apps built for Miro can be distributed privately or shared with the global Miro community on the Miro Marketplace.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure app quality on the Marketplace: coordinate product, engineering, design, and security reviews for submitted apps
  • Develop, document, and maintain app quality guidelines with the relevant domain experts
  • Lead key components of our Platform operations today while investing in the processes and tooling needed to support 10x growth
  • Think long-term and identify and implement opportunities for process automation
  • Consolidate insights from developers about their needs and challenges, and advocate on their behalf within the Miro Platform product team
  • Conduct and evaluate research with external developers and customers to identify opportunities for the future
  • Craft and communicate strategy, tactics, and progress to the team and sponsors

What you’ll need

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth organization
  • 3+ years of operational product/project management experience, preferably working on platforms, or in partner-centric organizations
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with a diverse group of teams, including partnerships, developer experience, design, and security
  • Success building, implementing and scaling operational processes
  • Ability to harmonise with technical and non-technical team members
  • Bonus: UI/UX understanding and strong product sense
