You will join a highly motivated, quickly growing, and energetic Go-to-Market Enablement team that takes pride in growing customer relationships, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a diverse base of accounts across various industries. The Head of GTM Onboarding Programs is an ambitious and organized professional who will drive our onboarding programs and training initiatives,ensuring our new Mironeers are confident and competent to sell larger deals, sooner. . Your success will be measured by the overall business impact of your programs and trainings, deployment and execution of data-driven Enablement initiatives, and how well you partner cross functionally to achieve success.  

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Enablement, the Manager of GTM Onboarding Programs will manage Miro’s Sales onboarding team and ultimately be responsible for the success of our new hire programs. You will create, define and optimize every facet of our Sales new hire experience; from Bootcamp through the new hire’s 30-60-90 day onboarding experience. This includes building and managing Live trainings, define our new hire e-learning programs, certifications, tracking and optimizing overall program success. You will partner with Sales leadership, as well as new hires across multiple regions and roles to deliver high quality, engaging, and effective onboarding programs. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with a project management mindset, a great communicator, and not afraid to launch, test, and iterate in a quickly changing environment. 

What you’ll do

  • Build and execute the 30/60/90 day strategy for Miro’s various sales roles throughout various global regions
  • Manage Miro’s global onboarding team of facilitators, ensuring our new hire onboarding experience is world class
  • Continuously audit and optimize training modules housed in Miro’s LMS (Workramp), ensuring our on-demand content is interactive, up-to-date, and relevant
  • Partner with key stakeholders within Miro’s Sales Leadership team, gathering feedback and continuously optimizing the onboarding programs
  • Track new hire progress via learning and SFDC activity progress, assessments, and certifications to ensure new hires are meeting key ramping benchmarks 
  • Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Workramp, Guru to enhance Miro’s Enablement programs
  • Participate in additional enablement team projects and programs

What you'll need

  • 5+ years experience in sales training, enablement, onboarding, or leadership 
  • 3+ years in a Sales role preferred
  • Track record of facilitating for groups of various sizes - ranging from 2 to 3 learners to audiences of 200+
  • Experience consulting with stakeholders on learning strategies - can include change management, internal trainer development, etc
  • Experience in program management: implementing and managing training initiatives end to end, utilizing key stakeholders to build and sustain ongoing training programs 
  • Data analytics proficiencies - ability to interpret and optimize programs based on Salesforce data, LMS scores, and survey responses
  • Has a strong understanding of SaaS sales processes
  • Is a strategic thinker with the ability to execute
  • Force Management, Command of the Message Certified is a plus
