About the role

As the EMEA GTM Enablement Program Lead, the success of the Sales and CX teams is your success. By partnering with the EMEA GTM teams, you will directly influence how our teams use their skills, tools, and knowledge to better serve our customers.  To accomplish this, you will partner with key stakeholders to optimize the Enablement efforts for our EMEA region. Specifically, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Service leadership to develop, implement and optimize Enablement curriculums. This includes delivering trainings, building internal learning collateral, evaluating team tools, and optimizing internal processes for our GTM teams across EMEA.  You will ensure our Sales and CSM teams have the skills, tools and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our prospects and customers.  

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales and CX  Leadership and other business leaders to build and optimize a world class Enablement program, ensuring Global consistency across Sales and CX motions 
  • Conduct trainings (in person and virtual) to the EMEA-specific audience 
  • Capture and centralize knowledge across region and make it easily accessible
  • Aid in the customization of Onboarding and training assets, including Command of the Message Value Selling: ensuring programs are adopted and effectively deployed across region
  • Actively participate in EMEA Leadership and Team meetings in order to create and optimize Enablement materials for EMEA-specific needs
  • Define requirements for in-person, virtual, manager-facing certifications and self-paced learning curriculums 
  • Develop and lead the successful execution of cross-functional sales enablement technology programs
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and PMM Teams to build a cross functional strategy to  ensure new product releases are well understood by our GTM teams
  • Travel up to 25%

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years of SaaS experience in Enablement capacity
  • 3 - 5 years of Sales experience preferred
  • Analytic skills and with experience building success metrics and optimizing Enablement programs
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, Workramp preferred
  • Experience with Knowledge Management Systems, Guru preferred
  • Experience with Force Management preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • A results-oriented approach and able to navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Deep expertise in instructional design and training; comfortable building and delivering remote and physical trainings to diverse stakeholder groups
