About the team 

The Commercial Sales segment is a critical component of our European addressable market. Miro has been successfully selling into the Enterprise market and we have been minimally serving our commercial customers. Today the commercial segment (companies with <500 employees) is managed by our enterprise and strategic teams, however, these teams are focused on other opportunities so there is an unprecedented and untapped market opportunity in this segment. Now we are looking to strengthen our presence in the commercial segment with a dedicated high velocity sales motion. 

About the role

Miro is looking to hire a collaborative sales leader to found and build the EMEA commercial segment and team. This role will report into our VP of EMEA and will be a key member of the EMEA sales leadership team.

Today the commercial segment (companies with <500 employees) is managed by our enterprise and strategic teams, however, these teams are focused on other opportunities so there is an unprecedented and untapped market opportunity in this segment. Now we are looking to strengthen our presence in the commercial segment with a dedicated high velocity sales motion. 

This is an ideal role for someone who is a natural builder with a passion for sales and motivated by developing talent and creating high velocity sales teams.

What you’ll do

  • Formulate our EMEA Commercial sales strategy in close collaboration with sales leadership, revenue operations, product and marketing
  • Hire, train, and develop a diverse team of commercial account executives that will selling into major European markets including UK, DACH, Nordics, etc.
  • Work closely with our EMEA leadership team to develop market specific commercial GTM plans
  • Outline and constantly improve all processes related to commercial sales to drive efficiency and rep productivity

What you’ll need

  • 1+ years of leading a high velocity sales team 
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales roles
  • Experience scaling and developing people / teams 
  • Excellent ability to figure things out from scratch, identify and resolve problems, and create a process
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and partnering skills
