About the role

We are looking for a passionate and purposeful Recruiting Enablement Program Manager to join our global team. As the Recruiting Enablement Program Manager, you will partner closely with Recruiting and Recruiting Operations to ensure we are building the right process, infrastructure, and solutions to grow at scale. You will manage recruiting programs such as referrals, recruitment trainings, and vendor partnerships to ensure the team is enabled to hit their hiring targets.

What you’ll do

  • Own and evolve hiring manager, interviewer, and recruiter training 
  • Manage and evolve Miro’s referrals program, while partnering with D&I to imbed diversity strategy into the program  
  • Analyze and optimize recruiter workflows with a continual focus on automation
  • Build strong partnerships with vendors and measure, manage and ensure ROI (LinkedIn, GoodTime, Textio, Greenhouse) 
  • Partner and collaborate with Recruiters, Coordinators, and Recruiting Managers to understand pain points and opportunity areas for improvement
  • Act as project manager for recruiting operations initiatives; Drive and execute on end-to-end cross-functional projects with a consultative approach 
  • Ensure we are building processes for scale with a strong focus on system compliance, candidate privacy, and adherence to regional regulations

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting enablement or operations 
  • 2+ year in project or program management
  • Ability to conduct data analysis develop insights 
  • ATS experience, Greenhouse preferred  
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Ability to set and track deliverables from design to roll-out 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Solutions-oriented mentality and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skill with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
