About the team

As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with the EMEA GTM teams to deeply understand and improve our go-to-market engine. You will support projects that drive growth through top of funnel, new logo conversion, and expansion of existing customers. You will also be the point person in EMEA for day to day support for the sales team.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support our rapidly scaling EMEA team. An ideal candidate will be a “jack of all trades” who can support a variety of operational projects and programs.

What you’ll do

  • Work directly with our Sales Operations Leader and the EMEA sales team to ensure we drive the success of day to day sales support and enable sales teams to be successful
  • Offer Salesforce build support around strategic projects, reporting and analytics, and additional project support needed for key initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with major stakeholders in Sales Ops, BizTech, Data Analytics, and others to scale the region
  • Work with EMEA reps to support sales support and deal desk needs and to help them get deals done
  • Provide project / program management for EMEA Sales Ops projects and manage day-to-day operations (e.g., reporting and analysis), while also acting as an “internal consultant” for leadership to align on goals and execution
  • Define and document key processes across the Miro Enterprise Customer Lifecycle and drive change management
  • Assist with Miro’s Sales tech stack, including system configuration, external integrations, reports, dashboards and workflows to ensure we are providing the best tools to improve sales efficiency and success
  • Complete data analysis with large data sets to gather insights required to make key decisions
  • Develop internal training materials and process documentation

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years total work experience, with 3+ years of relevant Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, or BizOps experience at a well-established B2B SaaS company (previous experience in consulting or sales a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for working with data - Excel / Google Sheets a must
  • Salesforce admin experience and familiarity with CPQ
  • SalesTool administration and reporting experience - SFDC, Chorus, Groove, ZoomInfo, Guru, Confluence, Asana
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish in a fast paced environment
  • Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
  • Professional writing and communication skills for both customer and executive audiences
