Miro is more than an online whiteboard. It's a space where minds meet and ideas unite to become something more. An infinite canvas where every voice is recognized and opinions stand out.
Our story
Pursuing the perfect collaboration space pushes everyone further.
We shook the world. Now let’s co-create the future.
In 2011, Andrey Khusid needed a way for his design agency to communicate ideas to clients who weren’t in the same room. The virtual whiteboard was born. He created what was then called RealtimeBoard.
This has grown into the robust visual collaboration platform we now know as Miro, built by a truly global, distributed team of 1,800+ people in 12 regional hubs across 8 time zones.
“You don’t build a product customers will love by accident. You have to plan for it and set goals around it, starting at the end and working backwards.”
