Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to say that I accidentally stumbled on this course because I have been following Chris' work for a little while now and he had posted on social media that he was speaking just prior to the session.
I am probably not the target audience for this as I am a licensed Architect practicing in Ottawa, Ontario - the traditional unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg People. I work at John Donkin Architect (www.jdarchitect.ca), and have been attempting for the past couple years to bridge the gap between my architecture and art practices.
The information and resources here are wonderful, and while it may seem overwhelming to try and learn all this stuff in a compressed format, returning to this stuff over time will greatly improve your skills even if you "miss" some of the information now.
All in all, I am supremely impressed with this offering, even more so since it is free and accessible to all. I will be enthusiastically adding some of the drawings I have completed this week for feedback.
Though I would mention that finding my way back to the miro site (as someone 10 years out of school and not familiar with the platform) was rather difficult *edit* I found the link through the global studio website but even though I knew what I was searching for, it was still a challenge to get back to.
Thanks,
Chris Cormier
